Als sportief ondernemer maak je jouw sport toegankelijk voor zoveel mogelijk mensen.
Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw sport, jouw merk, jouw mini-onderneming.
Je staat 100% ten dienste van je klanten en je team. Samen met je collega’s bepaal je collectieve targets en streef je deze na. Je luistert naar je klanten en maakt sport toegankelijk door het aanbod af te stemmen op de behoeften van de sporters in jouw regio.
Je stelt een ambitieus meerjarenplan op. Je durft te beslissen, op korte, maar ook op lange termijn.
Je enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk, je motiveert en inspireert je team om je klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden.
Verder sta je in voor een aantrekkelijke afdeling, een goed stockbeheer, een correcte planning en een sterke rekrutering.

Tijdens maandelijkse coachingsgesprekken deel je je learnings, je realisaties en je plannen met je coach. Vanaf dag één heb je toegang tot een grote opleidingscatalogus. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jezelf - via opleidingen, maar ook via trial en error - te ontwikkelen. Door jouw rol uit te tekenen in functie van jouw talenten, ervaringen en interesses, kun je zelf je loopbaan in handen nemen.Je komt terecht in een groeiend, internationaal bedrijf. In België zoeken we steeds collega’s voor onze 37 winkels, ons distributiecentrum (in Willebroek) en onze centrale diensten (in Evere). Ook internationaal zijn er vele opportuniteiten. Mobiliteit én een goede talenkennis (Frans, Engels) zijn zeker een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk bij het uitbouwen van jouw loopbaan binnen Decathlon.
Een competitief loonpakket op maat van jouw ervaring en jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Je salaris wordt aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques van 8 euro, pensioensparen, hospitalisatieverzekering en winstdeling. Als sportief medewerker krijg je ook 30% korting op het volledige Decathlon-aanbod.

Flexibele werkuren vormen geen probleem voor jou.
Je werkt 36u per week en bepaalt je eigen planning. Op zaterdag ben je beschikbaar voor je klanten en je team. Dit betekent natuurlijk dat je in ruil daarvoor een dag in de week vrij bent.
Je bent ambitieus.
Je hebt zin om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen ons Decathlon-netwerk en je bent bereid om opleidingen en meetings bij te wonen op verschillende locaties in België en Frankrijk. Je beschikt over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, of over de nodige relevante ervaring.
