AED Distribution is distributeur van professioneel audiovisueel materiaal (Pro Audio, Licht, Trussing & Rigging) in de BeNeLux, Frankrijk, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. AED Distribution levert materiaal aan professionele verhuurbedrijven, installateurs en gespecialiseerde retailers. AED Distribution is een deel van AED group.
Om de vragen van onze klanten zo efficiënt mogelijk te behandelen en uit te voeren, zijn we op zoek naar een **Technical Commercial Advisor.** Een boeiende en zelfstandige functie waarin je een belangrijke schakel bent binnen het sales team.
**Wat zal je doen?**:
- Je zorgt voor een vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst van onze klanten en geeft indien gewenst een enthousiaste rondleiding in onze showroom.
- Je verzorgt demo's van de nieuwste producten in onze showroom, tijdens beurzen/events of ter plaatse bij de klant.
- Je helpt de klanten verder met technische en commerciële vragen
- Je verzorgt de communicatie met onze buitenlandse fabrikanten.
- Je maakt offertes op, zet orderbevestigingen in Navision en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging naar onze klanten toe.
- Je verzorgt mee de administratie van het salesteam en werkt hierbij nauwkeurig en efficiënt.
- Je behandelt inkomende telefonische oproepen en mails met een klantgerichte aanpak.
**Wie zoeken we?**:
- Je bent een zelfzekere persoon op zoek naar een technische & commerciële uitdaging.
- Je hebt een diploma Elektronica - Elektriciteit - Elektromechanica op zak of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de AV-sector
- Je bent sociaal vaardig, commercieel ingesteld en drukt je uitstekend uit in het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is uiteraard mooi meegenomen.
- De charmante chaos van een wendbare organisatie schrikt je niet af.
- Je bent flexibel, leergierig, ondernemend en stressbestendig.
- Je werkt ordelijk, gestructureerd, klantgericht en zoekt creatief mee naar oplossingen met de klant.
- Ervaring in de audiovisuele sector is uiteraard een plus, maar niet strikt noodzakelijk.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
