HR Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Contract Duration**:Full-time permanent position

**Reports to**: HR Manager

**Work location**: Brussels, Belgium as main office, will be supporting the Antwerp, Halle and Erpe
- Mere offices with regular visits.

**Work Mode**: Hybrid work mode with presence at the office and work from home on Friday´s.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and other related functions
- Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions
- Provide support to managers in the areas of performance management and employee development
- Assist with payroll processing for employees in all locations in Belgium.
- Support employees based in all our locations.
- Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Payroll processing experience (strong asset, but not required)
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Bilingual in Dutch/ French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
