Agile Facilitator

We are looking for a **Agile Facilitator** to join our **Quality for Operations, Reliability, & Engineering** department based in **Louvain-la-Neuve**.

As a **Agile Facilitator**, you will contribute to the adoption, implementation, follow-up and improvement of Agile good practices by several teams and key roles within our organization.
**What you’ll do**
- Animate and leverage outcomes from retrospectives and lessons-learned, follow-up on continuous improvement actions to be handled by the teams
- Act as facilitator for several teams working on agile projects, support and animate key meetings and agile ceremonies,
- Support key actors and stakeholders on agile methodologies, guidelines and good practices,
- Report and escalate on identified issues and required changes out of supported team’s scope
- Identify the key areas to improve, propose recommendations and support their implementation,
**About you**
- You hold a bachelor.
- You have 1+ years of experience. A relevant professional experience in similar positions is a plus.
- You should be autonomous, collaborative, team player and have good communication skills.
- You should be a critical thinker, curious & questioning.
- You should be empathetic with the works of others and our clients.
- You should have a good level of English, both oral and written.
- Skills and experience in at least some of these fields is a plus:

- Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban
- Project management
- Atlassian JIRA as software & agile project management tool
- Software project management, ITIL
