Hotel De Witte Lelie is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels and probably one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in Antwerp, Belgium. It is located right in the city center.
**Role Description**
This is a part-time on-site role as a Night Receptionist at Hotel De Witte Lelie located in Antwerp. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your main duties will include performing check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring the security and safety of the hotel during the night.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Experience with handling cash transactions and maintaining cash registers
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: €17,00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
