**Enthousiaste onthaalmedewerker met adminstratieve skills**:

- We zijn op zoek naar vlotte onthaalmedewerker in combinatie met een administratief multitalent. Een mix van receptie
- en administratieve taken is op je lijf geschreven.Word jij hét nieuwe gezicht en dé stem van Xpo Group?- Je staat garant voor een tiptop onthaal van de klanten en bezoekers waarbij kwaliteit en klantvriendelijkheid centraal staan.
- Je neemt diverse onthaal gerelatieerde en administratieve taken voor je rekening om de zaken zo efficiënt en soepel te laten verlopen.
- Je staat onder meer in voor de administratieve opvolging van offertes, leveranciersovereenkomsten, facturatie,...
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's in het Venue-team.
- Kortom: je staat in voor het onthaal en algemene administratieve ondersteuning en bent bijgevolg verantwoordelijk voor een waaier aan diverse taken.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je bent een communicatieve en administratieve duizendpoot met een sterke organisatorische affiniteit. Je bent flexibel, je kan goed plannen en je werkt accuraat en stipt. Problemen los je op nog voordat ze zich stellen.-
Je hebt een hogere opleidiging genoten (Office Management,...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows en MS office programma’s zoals Word, Excel en Outlook.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een must.
- Grote betrokkenheid en enthousiasme typeren je persoonlijkheid.
