- As a Bodyshop Technician - MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) you will carry out a wide range of technical vehicle repairs, both with and without supervision, as well as focusing on the continuous development of your technical skills. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service to customers.

What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, either with or without supervision depending on skill level following all Tesla specified repair guidelines to the accepted quality levels and safety instructions
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of multiple Tesla vehicle systems and subsystems and completing accurate technical write ups and administration, ensuring all internal systems are up to date
- Clean and detail vehicles when needed, inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery either after a completed repair
- Collaborate with senior technicians in their work and move towards more advanced tasks as part of your development, continuously learning and developing your knowledge and skills
- Operate a variety of hand-powered and motorized shop tools, as well as working with Tesla specific software and vehicle diagnostic tools
- Work across teams, engaging with other technicians and Bodyshop center staff to solve problems and establish best practice
- Effectively handle priorities, organizing own workload and meeting challenging deadlines by having excellent time management
- Identify damaged MET components on a damaged vehicle/light commercial vehicle and remove and refit these components before and after body repair work has been carried out.
What You’ll Bring
- Good communication: you are an extraordinary team player, can follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail and provide leadership and instructions to teammates - showcasing excellence within the refinish process
- Technical qualification: you have an education in a mechanical or electrical-related discipline and significant technical work experience from automotive industry or a related industry Aeronautics, Engines, Electrical, Marine, Aviation, other mechanics, or industrial mechanic etc.)
- Adaptability: you are a fast learner and highly adaptable to working in an ever-changing environment
- Problem-solving: you are well-organized and able to think ahead with solutions to challenges, being able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Mobility: you have a valid driving license and maintain a clear driving record
- Motivation: you are highly motivated to deliver Tesla’s mission
- Fluency: you are fluent in Dutch or French, and have good English knowledge
