**Department Info**:
The Business Unit TIS, specifically the Training and Education department, is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Our team focuses on developing and implementing workshops and tools that support Terumo Learning Edge (TLE) programs and internal trainings.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Training and Professional Education Coordinator to support the educational implementation of workshops and tools for TLE programs and internal trainings. Reporting to the Professional Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational initiatives
**Responsibilities**:
As a Training and Professional Education Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- **Technical and Administrative Responsibilities for Models and Simulators**: Efficiently manage the rental system for models and simulators, monitor stock levels, organize logistics for educational activities, and maintain educational tools.
- **Educational Support for Commercial Training Program & Terumo Learning Edge Program**: Support the organization of workshops and trainings, provide onsite support for educational events, and manage tools and content in collaboration with stakeholders.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate closely with Training Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Communications to develop professional educational activities.
- **General Responsibilities**: Maintain excellent relationships with external parties, represent the company, and seek opportunities for self-development and continuous improvement.
**Profile Description**:
- Well-developed computer skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with evolving technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Sales awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.
- The ability to function autonomously with advanced organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to connect well with both internal and external customers.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A team player attitude, willing to collaborate with other stakeholders.
- The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes up to 30 kilograms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French preferred. Any other European language is an asset.
- Based in Belgium with flexibility to travel.
