Functieomschrijving
- Periodically reminding customers as well as contacting them by telephone.
- Adequate follow-up of agreements made regarding (overdue) payments.
- Coordinating and following up invoices which are blocked in the system due to technical issues, reclaimed credit notes etc.
- Supporting colleagues in GBS Finance Hub
- Advising on and processing advance payments
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the cash collection process.
- Exchanging information with the Credit Analyst and the Credit & Collection manager about possible risks of non-payment.
- To ensure a good relationship with other departments (customer service, sales, etc.) and act pro-actively with regard to problem solving.
- Reporting to the management of the Local Divisions about blocked invoices / discounts.
Profiel
- You have a financial or accounting background.
- You have approximately 5 years experience in a similar position.
- You must be able to speak and write Dutch, French and English.
- You have knowledge of MS/Office, SAP and Lotus Notes.
- You are stress resistant, take initiative and can work independently.
- You are accurate, a team player and customer oriented.
- You are determined, tenacious and results-oriented.
- You have good communication skills.
