Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect pair of sneakers
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, including new releases and limited edition items
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and receiving shipments
- Meet and exceed sales targets, as set by the management team
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the sneaker or fashion industry
- Passionate about sneakers and streetwear fashion
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- French or Dutch and English are required
