**What will your job look like?**

We would like you to join our operations team as **Production Planner & Teamleader.** You will be the **crucial link **between production and operators. You will report directly to the Operations Director.

Your responsibilities **as Teamleader Production** include:

- Guaranteeing an excellent execution of production
- Follow-up of the operators
- Conduct reviews, collaboration interviews, team meetings,...
- Drawing up and follow-up of the work schedule (in charge of approving holidays, temporary workers, etc)
- Ensure that safety instructions are followed
- Creating a positive and constructive working environment

Your responsibilities **as a Production Planner **include:

- Monitoring the production lines and additional processes so that they run as smoothly as possible and so that all products are delivered on time
- Preparing, setting up and following up daily production planning
- Anticipating and identifying workflow problems and resolving them accordingly
- Problem solving and multitasking when asked for your support from different angles
- Ensure processes are well defined and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Support the management team by communicating daily on the current workflow and suggest any improvements or solutions

**Are you the right person?**

You are fluent in **English and Dutch**. You preferably have a **solid experience** in production planning. You have excellent administrative skills.

As Production Planner & Teamleader you are **accurate, precise** and have excellent communication skills. Like being a **busy bee**? Great, because you are a real multitasker.

You will build a **close working relationship** with all involved team members and are first point of contact for production employees.
