Lacoste is one of the inspiring brands, driven by passionate people. As Floor manager, you will be responsible for the boutique together with the shop manager and his assistent; you will be involved with your team, drive sales and always be part of #Playasoneteam.

**Your Tasks**:

- You will support the shop manager and assistant shop manager in managing the team. This includes sales, VM, training.
- Together with the shop manager and assistant shop manager, you guide, coach and motivate the team. You set a good example to the team in order to achieve the best performance.
- You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and optimal customer service.
- Result-driven and goal-oriented, you are driven to achieve the targets set for your boutique together with your team.

**Your Qualities**:

- You already have extensive experience in Fashion.
- You have excellent management and communication skills.
- You can handle several tasks simultaneously.
- You are professional at all times.
