Working as a Talent Acquisition Expert
- You support Televic GSP by defining job descriptions with hiring managers and help to solve potential unclarities.
- You prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards and the Televic website.
- You are responsible for attracting and hiring the right people at Televic GSP by leading the recruitment process from A-Z; from sourcing/screening to offer stage.
- You work closely together with the other members of the HR-team (Comp & Ben, L&D, Marketing, ) to guarantee qualified hires that ensures company growth.

Professional skills we’re looking for:

- You combine a relevant Bachelor or Master Degree with several years of experience in recruitment; preferably in a technical environment (IT, R&D, engineering).
- You have a strong passion for talent acquisition/sourcing and are able to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
- You have a strong interest in employer branding.
