- The Commercialization & Validation Engineering team is responsible to ensure a flawless introduction of new products and technologies. With a focus on "first time right" execution, we ensure top quality, consistent performance, regulatory compliance, and optimized margins - all delivered with exceptional speed. Besides New Product Launches, the team is also on the lookout for optimalizations of our current product portfolio by defining project that has a positive impact on Operational Excellence, improve labor efficiency and Right First Time. The team is also responsible for interplant product transfers and transit testing._
- The teams works closely with internal and external stakeholders from project briefing to launch. For example, the team will develop robust technical commercialization plans, conduct thorough risk analysis, develop recovery plans, and ensure seamless alignment with technical milestones to ensure success._
What can you expect from an internship in **IT & Data** at the Commercialization & Validation Engineering department?
- **Personal Team Interactions**: You will work in a small, collaborative team environment. This setup allows you to closely engage with colleagues, ensuring you receive the necessary support to successfully complete your projects.
- **Master Data Centralization from Various Sources**: You will collect and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
- **Excel, Databases and Power BI Management**: Oversee and maintain our data systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient storage.
- **Create Insightful Dashboards and Reports**: You will use Power BI to provide actionable insights, dashboards and reports for decision-making.
- **Data Analysis**: Dive deep into data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. Based on your findings, you will provide recommendations together with the whole team.
- **Collaborate Across Departments**: You will work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions together with them.
- **Data Quality and Compliance**: By maintaining high standards of data quality and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, you will assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies to safeguard data integrity and security.
**Qualifications**
- Study orientation: IT Management, Toegepaste Informatica, Software Management
- Student status/internship under school contract (Master or Bachelor)
- Fluency in Dutch. Good knowledge of English
- Available for a minimum of 12 weeks - preferred longer
- Start in January, February or March
