**In search of a CTO**:
We are looking for a CTO who will be responsible for the technical direction of our automation and robotisation development program. In addition to this, our CTO will also be responsible for the internal IT operations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Determine the vision and strategy on how technology will be used within the company-
- Develop, implement and follow-up on automatization in the company-
- Set up technology for different departments to gain productivity and company's output-
- Setting goals for research and development-
- Build, develop and lead the technical team (innovation and IT)-
- Oversee the company's technical infrastructure and supervising cybersecurity, network and data-
- Manage technology budget and time frames-
- Setting up collaborations with external partners and possible subsidy programs-
- Follow up on the latest trends, knowledge and innovation within relevant technology domains-
- Maintain and manage technical supplier relations to ensue that the service expectations are met**What do we expect from you?**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a strategic and management role-
