**Wat doe je?**:
Developen uiteraard en in een tof team, wat had je gedacht? Dat komt op de eerste plaats Dit gaat van nieuwe code schrijven tot verbeteren en uitbreiden van bestaande applicaties. Nee, dat gaan we niet doen via oude technologie zoals oude.NET of de voorloper hiervan.

De projecten bij onze klanten zijn ook altijd long-term engagementen, dit gaat van KMO’s die IT naar waarde schatten tot bedrijven in de top 500 van België. Uit het oog is niet uit ons Aarixa-hart, we volgen je op, houden contact, begeleiden waar nodig of vraag naar is. Thuiswerk is ook bij onze klanten ingeburgerd en moest je ons toch te veel missen is er altijd een bureaustoel warm op Aarixa HQ.

Je blijft up-to-speed betreffende technologieën en methodologieën in je domein, maar dat is geen enkel probleem met je ruim opleidingsbudget ;).

Heb je al wat ervaring? Dan geef je ook ondersteuning aan de junior teamleaden. Naargelang je functie sta je rechtstreeks in in contact met de business.

Ontspannen? Na uren concentratie kan je, wanneer het je uitkomt, deconnecteren op Aarixa-HQ in onze fun-ruimte.
