**La mission de V&V Manager se concentrera autour des tâches listées ci-dessous**:

- responsabilité technique d’une équipe de 3 V&V Designers à CRL et 3 V&V Designers en Inde
- estimation de charge de travail V&V
- estimation et contrôle des coûts V&V
- établissement du planning V&V / allocation des ressources par activité / identification des besoins
- définition de la stratégie de validation et organisation de l’équipe en conséquence
- identification de l’environnement de test nécessaire / matériel pour l’ensemble de l’équipe
- anticipation des besoins de test nécessaires
- suivi quotidien de l’équipe (support technique, gestion des priorités, )
- reporting(s) au management du programme
- suivi des indicateurs-clés d’avancement et de mesure de la qualité des activités V&V
- établissement des Returns Of Experience
- interfaçage avec les utilisateurs/clients des outils validés pour support et amélioration continue

**Généralités**:

- Ce poste nécessite une présence site à Charleroi de min. 3 jours/semaine (parfois plus en phase d’exécution de test et malgré l’accès distant à nos environnements de test)

**Profil**:

- Master en ingénierie électronique
- Expérience notoire ( > 3 ans) dans le domaine V&V (tout secteur confondu, i.e. ferroviaire, aéronautique, défense, automobile, ) ou dans le secteur de la signalisation ferroviaire
- Les compétences fondamentales recherchées sont : rigueur, esprit d’analyse, logique, capacité de compréhension, balance esprit d’équipe/autonomie en équilibre, gestion équipe/conflits, résistance au stress
- Langue : anglais nécessaire, français souhaité (mais pas nécessaire)
