Kom ons team versterken als functioneel analist. _Ons team?_ Dat is een fijne groep collega’s die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het centrale data warehouse van de hele KBC Groep. We verwerken honderden datastromen - we checken, verrijken en leveren data aan verschillende systemen. Het eindresultaat is kwalitatieve rapportering naar het management en toezichthouders toe.
- In deze rol werk je samen met collega’s van IT, business stakeholders en verschillende entiteiten van KBC Groep om tegemoet te komen aan concrete noden rond data en rapportering. De basis daarvan is een goed werkend en onderhouden data warehouse.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je vertaalt business requirements in **gedetailleerde functionele ontwerpen**. Daarin vergelijk je mogelijke oplossingen op vlak van kost, meerwaarde en impact. Je zorgt ervoor dat het ontwerp tegemoetkomt aan alle businessnoden en past binnen de bestaande architectuur en standaarden.
- Je** begeleidt technische collega’s **bij het uitwerken van een technisch ontwerp en bij de implementatie ervan.
- Om kwalitatieve oplevering te garanderen, werk je een **testplan **uit dat je ook zelf uitvoert.
- Je neemt de lead in elke wijziging - end-to-end, van ontwerp tot documentatie.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma en **minstens 5 jaar ervaring als analist**. Die ervaring helpt je om snel inzicht te krijgen in dataprocessen.
- Je werkt vlot met **SQL en Excel**.
- Net zoals je collega’s werk je graag samen met anderen. Je kijkt ernaar uit om een** internationaal team** te coördineren.
- Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd in het **Engels**.
- Jouw aanpak? **Proactief en pragmatisch**. Je gaat voor het allerbeste resultaat en respecteert deadlines.
- Je kan **binnen de 3 maanden starten in deze rol**. Heb je (nog) geen geldige werkvergunning voor België, dan is het nodig dat je die op tijd verkrijgt.
- Waar wij extra onze oren voor spitsen? Goede kennis van bankproducten en/of ervaring met data warehousing.
