**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de afdeling **IS Non-Life** ontwikkelen en onderhouden wij toepassingen voor niet-levensverzekeringen. De zichtbaarheid in de markt van de niet-leven producten zorgt ervoor dat de Non-Life systemen voortduren evolueren en flexibiliteit hoog in het vaandel dragen. De wil van de Business om onze distributeurs en klanten optimaal te bedienen in een ‘phygital environment’ vormt voor ons **Architecture team** een mooie constante uitdaging.

Als IS Non-Life architecten helpen we onze interne klanten om hun ideeën en wensen te vertalen in applicaties en technische oplossingen, in lijn met de AG IT visie. De komende jaren werken we, parallel aan de implementatie van de Business evoluties, aan de vernieuwing van onze toepassingen.

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we nu een Functional Architect:

- Je werkt nauw samen met de business en identificeert wat ze écht nodig heeft door interviews, analyses en workshops.
- Je analyseert, evalueert en stelt mogelijke oplossingen voor in functie van kwaliteit, tijd, budget en technische beperkingen, steeds rekening houdend met de langetermijnvisie en ontwikkelprocessen binnen IT.
- Je zorgt voor kwalitatieve en duurzame oplossingen waarbij je anticipeert op de openheid en de toekomstige flexibiliteit van de oplossing.
- Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT en je informeert alle betrokken partijen over de te implementeren oplossingen.
- Je werkt samen met de projectmanager en de ontwikkelingsploeg. Je overlegt met hen en betrekt hen tijdens de fase van de requirements en ondersteunt hen tijdens de rest van het traject.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de documentatie van ons patrimonium.
- Je werkt samen en deelt je kennis over het patrimonium met de andere architecten, met de business en met de experten van IS Non-Life.
- Je helpt mee een visie op de toekomst uit te bouwen en hoe deze te implementeren.

We zoeken architecten voor de domeinen Underwriting en Transversal capabilities.

- Je hebt ervaring in functionele analyse en je kan goed structureren en synthetiseren.
- Je denkt zowel conceptueel en abstract als diepgaand.
- Je durft de dingen in vraag stellen en met nieuwe ideeën komen.
- Je voelt je thuis in een creatieve context waar ideeën nog tot stand moeten komen en verder uitgewerkt moeten worden.
- Je hebt de ambitie om de E2E oplossing te kennen.
- Je bent pragmatisch en flexibel in het streven naar realistische oplossingen die passen in zowel de langetermijnvisie als de veranderende verzekeringsmarkt.
- Je kan op hoog niveau meedenken met businessklanten en kan eveneens meepraten in technische discussies.
- Je bent leergierig, je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en je kan goed netwerken.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands of het Frans. Je volgt zonder problemen een gesprek of leest documenten in de andere taal. Je kan ook in het Engels werken.
- Je hebt een diploma in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
