**Position Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic (Junior) Finance Manager to join their team in Nívelles. This is a full-time role on a permanent contract basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and coordinate the monthly and quarterly reporting package of our client.

Prepare quarterly forecasts in line with corporate instructions.

Analyze and present management results monthly to the General Manager and Corporate Senior Management.

Prepare ad-hoc finance analysis as directed by Corporate Finance.

Act as the main liaison between the company and external service providers for tax, payroll services, and audit.

Ensure timely filing of Tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT, etc.).

Uphold all planning and reporting deadlines, ensuring complete and accurate results with proper analysis.

Ensure strict adherence to standards, regulations, and guidelines. Handle Financial reporting according to local Standard and IFRS.

Engage in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Corporate Finance Team.

Drive optimal cost structure, productivity, and capital efficiency.

Manage and monitor cash flow, taking necessary actions to enhance Net Working Capital.

Handle hard HR tasks: payroll, sickness management, DKV contracts, and more.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.

3-5 years of experience in international reporting.

Proficient in English (oral and written) - working language. Knowledge of French, Dutch, and Italian is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with Microsoft NAV; TAGETIK proficiency is a plus.

**Salary**: €4,000.00 - €5,000.00 per month
