Process & automation technician

**YOUR FUNCTION**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collect and interpret test data to identify problems, optimize processes and drive continuous process improvements.
- Coach production staff in new process developments / adjustments
- Support of daily activities in production (e.g. Troubleshooting)
- Work closely with the R&D department on the development & industrialization of new products (end-to-end engineering)
- Plan and implement safety programs
- Cooperate in Operational group activities & work teams
- Report to the Operations manager

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a bachelor degree in mechanics
- You are eager to learn and a go-getter; you like to think outside the box, you take the initiative and you put growth (both for the organization and yourself) first.
- You show a hands-on, dynamic, mature and result-oriented spirit.
- You have excellent project management skills, you respect deadlines and you take responsibility.
- You are a real team player, who can appreciate fun and laughter within the team.
- You are a good communicator and you are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German would be an advantage.
