Ben jij een Adoption & Digital Wellbeing Consultant die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Lees dan snel verder. Je vervoegt een team van zeer gepassioneerde en gemotiveerde consultants en werkt voor klanten met een M365 Platform. Je komt terecht in de unit Digital Workplace die bestaat uit meer dan 200 consultants uit verschillende expertise domeinen. Als adoption & digital wellbeing consultant vervul je een brugfunctie tussen business en IT. Je krijgt een veelzijdig takenpakket toebedeeld waarbij je, naast de rol van “trusted partner” naar onze klanten toe, ook intern mee de visie van het team vorm kan geven en betrokken zal worden in presales trajecten om zo van begin tot eind de geschikte oplossing voor onze klanten vorm te geven. Voor de minder complexe projecten zal je uiteindelijk ook in de lead zitten om deze tot een goed einde te brengen en de klant gepast te adviseren.
- Als Adoption & Digital Wellbeing Consultant Microsoft M365:
- Beschik je over een brede functionele kennis van Microsoft VIVA en de M365 productiviteits-apps. Continue bijscholing is uiteraard een must
- Ontwikkel en implementeer je strategieën om de adoptie van onze digitale oplossingen te bevorderen.
- Verzorg je het communicatieplan, trainingplan, coachingplan alsook de strategie om belangrijke stakeholders binnen de business te betrekken en te activeren.
- Geef je trainingen en workshops om medewerkers te helpen bij het gebruik van onze digitale oplossingen.
- Monitor je het digitale welzijn van de medewerkers bij de klant en ontwikkel je initiatieven om dit te verbeteren.
- Werk je samen met andere teams om ervoor te zorgen dat onze digitale oplossingen voldoen aan de behoeften van de medewerkers van onze klanten.
- Verzamel je feedback van gebruikers en gebruik je deze om onze digitale oplossingen te verbeteren.
- Organiseer je evenementen en initiatieven om het bewustzijn van digitale welzijn te vergroten en medewerkers aan te moedigen om gezonde digitale gewoonten te ontwikkelen.
- Blijft je op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitaal welzijn en deel je deze kennis met het team.
- Fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers die vragen of zorgen hebben over hun digitale welzijn en bied je ondersteuning en begeleiding waar nodig.

- Je hebt een master diploma.
- Je hebt ervaring met verandermanagement en het begeleiden van organisaties door digitale transformaties.
- Je hebt kennis van digitaal welzijn en de impact van technologie op de gezondheid en het welzijn van medewerkers.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Je hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Je beschikt over kennis van de nieuwste technologieën en trends op het gebied van digitale werkplekken en welzijn.
- Je beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen met medewerkers op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van trainingsprogramma's en andere initiatieven om medewerkers te ondersteunen bij het gebruik van digitale oplossingen.
- Je hebt een passie voor het bevorderen van het welzijn van medewerkers en het creëren van een positieve werkomgeving.
- Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Viva en MS M365 of je bent bereid om je in deze materie te verdiepen.
- Je werkt zelfsturend, wat wil zeggen dat je je eigen planning binnen een bepaalde horizon kan voorzien en op basis hiervan pro-actief zaken inplant (bijv. overleg met eindgebruikers tijdig inplannen zodat het project niet stil valt)
- Je koppelt pro-actief terug aan de projectmanager, service manager, teamlead,rond (afwijkingen van) planning & budget.
- Je hebt een zeer sterke hands-on mentaliteit en analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent resultaatsgedreven met oog voor risico’s en kwaliteit.
- Je werkt proactief, klantgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Nederlands & Engels, een goede kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Je hebt sterke ambities om mee verder te bouwen aan een succesverhaal.
- De standplaats voor deze vacature is Cegeka Gent, Leuven, Antwerpen of Hasselt en je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar onze klanten.
