**ABOUT THE JOB**

**We are seeking a Station Operations Coordinator to ensure efficient and compliant airport operations.**
- Oversee safe, efficient, and on-time ground operations.
- Supervise daily TUI operations at assigned airports.
- Monitor and report on third-party supplier performance and KPIs.
- Act as an escalation point for suppliers on queries.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and safety investigations.
- Manage relationships with airport authorities and government agencies.
- Provide expert input on operational initiatives and improvement programs.
- Deputise for senior management in meetings when required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in aviation ground handling is highly desirable but not essential
- A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and works collaboratively with a diverse team
- Ability to work as part of an international team and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Project experience in a ground operations environment
- Experience in the monitoring of third-party suppliers focused on achieving required performance
- A good communicator with ability to influence, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the local operation and gain support and commitment from line managers and employees across the business and third parties
- Ability to think operationally whilst ensuring full regulatory compliance is achieved and maintained
- A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
- Demonstrable ability to clearly articulate concepts and arguments verbally and in written documentation
- Ability to audit and check for compliance of in scope processes and in the event of any compliance breaches to be able to successfully investigate and resolve
- This role requires strong business English (written & spoken) and a good knowledge of both Dutch and French
- You may be required to pick up ad-hoc project work with defined scope and timelines
- Working onsite at our Brussels Airport, you will cover a variety of shifts including weekend and Public Holidays.

En tant que Station Operations Coordinator, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre et de l'amélioration continue de tous les aspects des services aéroportuaires et des activités opérationnelles de façon sûre, efficace, ponctuelle, cohérente et conforme, et ce, par le biais d'une supervision et d'une gestion régulières et efficaces des fournisseurs tiers à l'aéroport. Vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes de TUI dans des aéroports spécifiques et veillerez à ce que les processus et activités des opérations au sol soient sûrs, conformes, efficaces, ponctuels, cohérents et axés client. Vous serez également responsable de la réalisation des SLA et des KPI opérationnels avec les fournisseurs tiers et vous devrez mesurer ces résultats par le biais d'un suivi et d'un rapport quotidiens. Vous travaillerez sur le site de l'aéroport de Zaventem en shifts, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés. Dans un premier temps, un contrat à durée déterminée d'un an vous sera proposé, avec possibilité de prolongation. À ce titre, vous rapporterez au Station Operations Lead Coordinator.

- Vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes de TUI dans des aéroports spécifiques et vous veillerez à ce que les processus et activités des opérations au sol soient sûrs, conformes, efficaces, ponctuels, cohérents et axés client
- Vous développerez votre connaissance de notre système interne de contrôle des départs (et vous apprendrez à l'utiliser), système dans lequel vous agirez en tant que point de contact pour les fournisseurs afin de prodiguer des conseils et de répondre aux questions
