**Working in the Billing, Administration & Complaints team**

Claims Management handles material damage that we cause to third parties on the one hand, and on the other hand we handle material damage caused to us by third parties.

**Your tasks as an Administrator**
- You start up files following damage to our network infrastructure
- You follow up these cases end-to-end administrative
- You conduct the necessary correspondence with the parties causing the damage, police, prosecutors, etc.
- You calculate and invoice the costs incurred
- You actively follow up the central mailbox
