The responsibility of the Customer Value Proposition team is to identify, define and maintain relevant products and experiences for BASE customers so that they want to buy BASE products, use and engage with them in an optimal way. The team creates and develops features and products throughout the different customer journeys. The team consists of a Go To Market manager, Product managers, a Business Analyst and a Data & Insights expert. Together you create firework
**Your responsibilities as a Go to Market Manager**
- You independently work out a marketing strategy and flesh out the positioning and more tactical aspects of the marketing plan.
- You take part in shaping new propositions, particularly in the areas of analyses, storytelling and positioning. There is no end to the variation and challenges
- You are responsible for the entire process of segmentation, targeting and messaging
- You are the key SPOC between Sales & Care, Product Management, Promo build, Brand & Communication, and many other stakeholders of your projects.
- You continuously monitor the evolution in our market and at competitors. You adapt your plans and anticipate.You initiate commercial activities, follow up on them and keep them on track based on the KPIs defined in the commercial road map.

**Our ideal Go to Market Manager...**
- has at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, in **Go To Market management**or product management, for example. So, you know exactly how to turn market trends and needs of (an untouched) target group into a valuable value proposition.
- has an **analytical mind**. Interpreting data and insights is a big part of this job
- your strengths include conceptual thinking and establishing scenarios, and you dare to take strategic decisions. You have no problem defending these decisions at various hierarchical levels within our organization.
- is valuedriven : more satisfied customers that is what you do it for. You effortlessly identify with a target group and understand their needs.
- knows how to establish and maintain a broad network as you will be the SPOC for many of the products & journeys of our CVP in the company
- the knowledge of **digital marketing tools**and techniques is a plus.
- speaks and writes **Dutch or French, and English fluently**.
