Par exemple, le réseau d'alimentation électrique, le système d'extinction d'incendie, l'alimentation en eau, l'air comprimé, la salle de commande, la sécurité du site, etc. (cf. 20 « interfaces techniques du site » identifiées). Pour atteindre cet objectif, le principe Cold & Dark doit être appliqué de manière intelligente. Cela définira également l' »état final du POP », qui évoluera finalement vers une installation « prête à être démantelée », avec les systèmes restants pour soutenir les travaux de démantèlement. Les besoins opérationnels au niveau du site pour l'exploitation des « Material & Waste Facilities » (TEF-TEL/FY/WMU) et des installations de stockage du combustible usé (SCG/SF²), etc. doivent également être pris en compte.

**Mission**:

- Vous jouez un rôle transverse dans le programme DECOM et êtes responsable de la coordination globale et de l'intégration technique des concepts des différents systèmes de support.
- Vous intégrez de manière globale les différents concepts et disciplines, afin d’atteindre les concepts optimaux globaux tout en faisant preuve de cohérence technique.
- Vous définissez et évaluez les différentes options pour chaque système concerné ainsi que pour la totalité des systèmes en tenant compte des aspects techniques et économiques.
- Vous établissez des analyses de rentabilité ou des analyses coûts/bénéfices pour soutenir le processus de prise de décision.
- Vous organisez des « revues de concept » avec les différentes disciplines impliquées.
- Une fois les concepts validés, ils donneront lieu à des projets de réalisation concrets qui seront principalement réalisés par des chefs de projet de l'organisation ENG existante. Vous participez à l’établissement de la planification globale et à l’enveloppe budgétaire associée pour le portefeuille de projets de réalisation. Celle-ci sera ensuite élaborée et affinée, projet par projet, par les chefs de projet désignés.
- Vous rendez compte au Decommissioning & Dismantling Sub-Program Manager et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différents responsables des autres sous-programmes, avec l'équipe de support du programme et les ingénieurs de projet (par exemple, les ingénieurs système, les ingénieurs design) au stade de la conception.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes Ingénieur civil ou industriel
- Vous avez une expérience avérée dans l'industrie nucléaire et une excellente connaissance des équipements, du design et des process de la CNT.
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de nos circuits et avez une bonne connaissance de nos installations et de notre organisation.
- Être (ou avoir été) habilité est un atout.
- Vous avez une première expérience réussie en gestion de projet.
- Vous favorisez la collaboration entre les différents sous-programmes et les ingénieurs de projet.
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur (à l'oral comme à l'écrit).
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais (et/ou du néerlandais).
