Cyber Security Strategy

Are you passionate about challenges? Izertis is your company. We are looking for a Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager, to be part of our client, located in Brussels (Belgium).
**Responsibilities**:
The assignment is positioned in a Strategy and Delivery team. The main responsibilities of this team are:
- Definition of the cyber security strategy;
- The translation of this strategy in a prioritized portfolio of initiatives (projects), enhancements, and studies;
- Oversight of the purpose, value, status and plans for all portfolio ‘items’ as well as cross ‘item’ dependencies and achievement of business outcomes collectively
- Act as strategy/project manager (PM) or (more structurally) as support to GS team leads acting as PM.
- Good communication and interaction with middle and senior management levels across all functions is essential.

- Ability to thrive in a complex environment that is ‘in constant flux’
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
- Actively earn trust with the security teams and with key stakeholders by being accountable, identify risks/issues early and provide value
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills to different audience including Senior leadership and executives
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to overcome set-backs and difficulties; seeks (and finds) solutions
- Solid analytical and synthesis skills
- Factual and results-oriented
- Solid analytical skills; ability to break-down complex issues into their key components; strong deductive reasoning; ability to draw conclusions from a combination of evidence and assumptions
**Tech skills**:
- Masters degree
- Certification in project management and change management frameworks (e.g. Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR)
- Other relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
- Experience in information security (governance)
- IT background
- Preferable: experience in data-security related projects
- Preferable: experience with Agile methodology/practices and transforming the maturity, productivity and quality of teams
**Others**:
- Languages: English is a must; Dutch and French are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience managing multiple IT and/or security projects and programs.
- Telework expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
