Contracts Negotiator

An international company based in the centre of Brussel is currently looking for a senior contracting negotiator.The main responsibilities will include the following tasks:

- Discussing and corresponding with external and internal partners
- Able to draft and settle upon contracts regarding commodity trading with a focus on energy trading
- Arranging of trade or any other related contracts
- Preparation of approval forms, briefing notes and monitoring of contractual compliance
- Attending priority meetings regarding commercial contracts
- Able to work with different branches in the company such as tax, regulatory, back office and legal.

and experience:
Familiarity

with industry specific documents and associations such as MNA (Master Netting

Agreements), CPMA (Consumer Protection and Market Authority), ISDA

(Intenrational swaps and derivatives Association) EFET (European Federation of

Energy Traders)

University

degree, bonus points if you have done energy market specific training courses

Excellent

grasp over the English language, an understanding of the Italian language would

be beneficial

Familiar

with compliance trading policies and procedures

Experience

or knowledge of commodity energy trading

Extensive

knowledge of the Microsoft Office
