Het is maar een greep uit de maatschappelijke projecten die iO al realiseerde. Heb jij feeling met **complexe projecten binnen digitalisering in de publieke sector**? Dan ben jij misschien wel de **Technical Team Lead **die we zoeken.

In deze rol draait het allemaal met jouw ervaring in **Software architecture** en **development**. Bijkomend haal je heel wat energie in het samenwerken met senior **stakeholders** om de **business-doelstellingen** helemaal te begrijpen.

Enkele dagdagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je neemt de **lead** over je teams met het oog op de software architecture en development (**Enterprise, Solution, Technical Architects **en developers)
- Je staat dagelijks in contact met de Program manager en de Technology Director
- Je legt contact met diverse teams, stakeholders zowel inter als extern en coördineert hun werk
- Je staat in voor de **kwaliteit** binnen elke stap van het project
- Je springt ook nog eens in de wagen voor een rit naar onze campus in Antwerpen of Utrecht of de klant in het Brusselse

**Jouw kennis en leergierigheid zijn de motor van iO**. Teamwerk is heilig, maar je krijgt ook volop de kans om als persoon te groeien. **Opleidingen** om nog beter te worden dan je nu al bent? Wat je meebrengt als Technical Team Lead
- +10jaar ervaring in software development
- +3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol, ervaring in het leiden van team op diverse locaties is een plus
- +2jaar ervaring in Solution/ Technical architect of het leiden van het architecture team
- Je blinkt uit in je leiderschap en coaching-skills
- Je kent de markt en kan met om het even wie goed communiceren. Daarnaast ben je een proactieve probleemoplosser.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Nederlands, Engels en Frans**
