**Omschrijving**:
In deze **freelance opdracht** werk je als freelance HR Administrator in Hasselt.** **Gedurende enkele maanden ondersteun jij enkele dagen per week het team. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf in groei in regio Hasselt. Werken via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions betekent dat je alle vrijheid als Freelancer behoudt, dat je makkelijk nieuwe opdrachten vindt en dat je je administratie vereenvoudigt.
Als Freelance HR Administrator**_ _**bestaat jouw job uit:
- Jij staat in voor alle administratie binnen de HR afdeling.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging en opmaak van contracten.
- Ook doe jij de planning van het personeel.
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor HR gerelateerde vragen zoals onder andere over tijdskrediet of uurroosters.
**Profiel**
Als freelancer wil je graag je huidige expertise verder verdiepen of delen met bedrijven.
Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands**:
- Programma’s zoals Microsoft **Word**, **Excel** en **PowerPoint**, kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou.
- Je hebt een brede achtergrond binnen HR en kennis sociale wetgeving.
Soft skills waarmee jij jezelf identificeert zijn:
- Jij gaat meteen aan de slag met taken en hebt geen schrik om zelf dingen uit te zoeken.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en zet de puntjes op de i.
- Je bent communicatief ingesteld.
