Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hotel en het aanspreekpunt tijdens de nacht
Je verwelkomt gasten en checkt gasten in
- en uit, indien nodig
Je zorgt ervoor dat het hotel startklaar is voor de volgende shift op administratief en operationeel vlak
Je kunt gasten voorzien van informatie over het hotel en de omgeving
Je zorgt ervoor dat verzoeken van gasten correct behandeld worden
Je zorgt voor een correcte communicatie naar de Operations Manager en receptionisten
Je kunt correct en bekwaam klachten afhandelen en sterk zijn in de opvolging hiervan, zowel acties als communicatie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van interne/externe gasten naar de juiste locatie: restaurant, evenement, kamer en meeting zalen
Profiel
Je bent in het bezit van een diploma richting hotelmanagement
Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een hotel als nacht receptionist
Je hebt kennis van Opera of een gelijkaardig hotel reserveringssysteem
Je hebt een flexibele instelling en representatief voorkomen
Je bent communicatief sterk
Je bent een teamplayer met oplossingsgerichte denkwijze
Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
Je bent gedreven, ambitieus en stressbestendig
Je hebt een brede taalkennis van mínimaal NL/EN en Frans is een pré
