Subsidy Manager

WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
- Identifying relevant national and international subsidy programs and funding opportunities.
- Managing the entire subsidy process, including reporting and accountability to subsidy providers.
- Monitoring the progress and budget of subsidized projects, ensuring they meet the requirements of the subsidy providers.
- Staying informed about the latest developments in subsidy regulations.
- Advising the management team on strategic choices regarding subsidy policies and funding opportunities.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy (fiscal patents and trademark protection).
- You will report to our CFO.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- A completed academic education, preferably in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of national and international subsidy schemes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management and working with deadlines.
