**Introductie**:
Onze klant, een wereldleider in mineral-based specialty solutions, zoekt een toegewijde EHS Officer voor hun fabriek in Willebroek.
**Functie**:
- Bevorder een EHS-cultuur en bescherm het welzijn van werknemers, aannemers en de lokale gemeenschap.
- Ondersteun de EHS Manager/Supervisor bij het verbeteren en monitoren van EHS KPI’s.
- Implementeer het EHS-beleid op de werkvloer en geef trainingen.
- Voer onderzoeken uit naar EHS-incidenten en deel leermomenten.
- Implementeer het Safety System en promoot veiligheids
- en milieupraktijken.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Sterk intrinsiek veiligheidsbewustzijn en vermogen om anderen te motiveren.
- Technisch diploma of 3 jaar technische ervaring in een chemische fabriek.
- Geregistreerd Veiligheidsadviseur Niveau 2 (of bereid dit te behalen).
- Bekend met Belgische gezondheids
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands, basis Engels.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hands-on mentaliteit.
