- ** Exothera** is a contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) dedicated to viral vector and nucleic acids production. As a technology-driven company, Exothera provides best-in-class bioprocessing expertise that capitalizes on the best and most innovative manufacturing technologies developed within the Univercells group. The company delivers accelerated discovery services and process development/optimization to rapidly reach GMP clinical and commercial production of viral vectors and nucleic acids.
- ** Unizima** delivers international project management of technology transfer, alongside operational support services (quality, supply chain, digital) and bioproduction training programs, as well as care centers and diagnostics surveillance centers.
- ** Quantoom Biosciences **is reinventing mRNA production by developing an mRNA production platform (NfinityTM) from sequence up to mass production.
- ** RLM Consulting **thanks to a substantial knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a strong scientific background, RLM Consulting provides international regulatory affairs support at all stages of product development, from discovery research through preclinical and clinical testing, up to and beyond submission of the dossier for marketing authorization.

We are currently seeking a** Communications Specialist** to join the Corporate Communications team. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and graphic design, managing social media and developing great internal communication and events, we encourage you to apply.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Based on the global Corporate Communications strategy, you develop the plans for your domain of activity (digital communication, internal communication, etc )
- You create marketing and communication material, both online and offline (e.g. social media templates, brochures, logos ).
- You are responsible for managing the company's presence across various channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- You are responsible for external communication. This includes creating external newsletters, organizing meetings and events and managing external communication channels and intranet.
- You are responsible for tracking the success of communication initiatives and reporting on key metrics. This includes tracking of social media engagement and communication effectiveness.
- You follow new marketing and communication best practices and advise on identified opportunities.
- International monitoring has no secret for you.
- You work together with teams (Affiliates’ Marketing teams, Investor Relations, Business development, HR, ) as well as external partners (agencies, )
- You are part of the Corporate Communications team and report to the VP Corporate Communications.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- You have a good knowledge and experience in digital marketing. You are an expert in social media management and have experience in managing SharePoint intranets.
- You have experience in managing agencies.
- You have experience in measuring the impact of digital campaigns & marketing activity.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with both internal and external partners to deliver best-in-industry campaigns.
- You have good communication skills, and speak fluently English with a good level in French
- Fluent writing and editing skills in English. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
- You have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
- You have the ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are not afraid of working in fast-paced environments.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- You are optimistic with a can-do attitude.
