**The role**
The role of Pension Administrator is to work within an administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to occupational pension schemes.
Clients
- Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members’ needs and to promote the WTW brand;
- Develop knowledge of clients pension schemes;
- In charge of the administration of a portfolio of Belgian pension plans;
- Build a strong relationship with the clients;
- Be a point of reference for standard automated cases.
Excellence
- Prepare standard documents / letters related to pension schemes and conform to the legislation;
- Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved;
- Accurately perform manual calculations.
People
- Respect for colleagues;
- Assist the wider team in project work when required;
- Support colleagues for holiday cover and workload peaks.
**The requirements**
You are an enthusiastic person who can support the team of pension administrators in the management and administration of non-statutory plans in a client-oriented manner. Beside this, you have:
- Degree in a relevant field;
- 1-2 years experience in consulting, insurance or financial sector;
- Good organizational skills and numerical skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools;
- Good interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication;
- The main working languages are Dutch, French and English; fluency in at least two is required;
- Able to work to a high level of accuracy;
- Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
