Als Account Supply Coordinator ga je aan de slag op onze site FFEM in Zwijndrecht, vlak naast de E34. Je zal een belangrijke rol opnemen in de supply chain ondersteuning van een belangrijke klant.
J ob Omschrijving
Je zorgt mee voor de administratieve opvolging van een belangrijk deelprocess van de supply chain van een belangrijke internationale klant,
Je zorgt mee voor de opvolging van de tankcontainer vloot van deze klant : temperatuur monitoring, schade rapportering/opvolging, spare parts inventaris management in SAP,
Je neemt voor deze tankcontainers de rol op van first line contact in geval van incident management,
Je zorgt voor het creëren, analyseren en optimaliseren van de process flows die betrekking hebben op dit specifieke supply chain process,
Je zorgt mee voor het creëren, analyseren, onderhouden en optimalizeren van de verschillende KPI’s,
Je zorgt voor de opvolging van onze lege herbruikbare verpakkingen,
Je zorgt mee voor de wekelijkse rapportering van de stocksituatie bij de klant.

We zoeken...
Je bent een bachelor, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring,
Je bent een vlotte communicator, met probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid,
Je hebt zin voor detail en werkt op een gestructureerde manier binnen de voorgeschreven processen, je analyseert en optimaliseert deze,
Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsstandaarden en de daarmee samenhangende methodologie (continue verbeteringstechnieken, root cause analyses,...),
Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en het Engels,
Je hebt een open en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en kan efficiënt communiceren in een multifunctioneel (internationaal) team,
Je bent bereid om buiten de standaard werkuren deel te nemen aan conference calls,
Advanced Excel vaardigheden zijn een must,
Technische affiniteit, ervaring met tankcontainerlogistiek, kennis van SAP en supply chain planning zijn pluspunten.
