**Department Info**:
At Terumo Cardiovascular, we develop, manufacture and distribute medical devices for cardiac and vascular surgery with an emphasis on cardiopulmonary bypass, intra-operative monitoring and vascular grafting. This includes a full-line of perfusion products, electromechanical products, endoscopic vessel harvesting products and surgical stabilization products.
**Job Summary**:
Providing assistance to the sales team with planning, implementing and controlling programmes to increase market penetration and profitability for a range of products.
This position is temporary and will replace a colleague on sick leave. We are open for people looking for a full
- or part-time position.
**Responsibilities**:
1. To provide assistance with coordination, implementation and execution of the sales & marketing program in relation to the launch and promotion of an assigned product range. Assists in the development and execution of all promotional activities on European level for the allocated portfolio.
- 2. To coordinate the BU support function to all related subsidiaries:
- Assists with initiating training/meeting for the sales force, by taking care of the logistic organization.
- Assures all necessary bookings (travel, hotels, restaurants, and booth).
- Ensures all registrations are done for internal + external participants.
- Prepares requested compliance documentation prior to any event for submission to compliance committee when necessary and/or local authorities.
- Organizes seminars and conferences in collaboration with the management team.
3. To coordinate all administrative documentation, processes such as PO management, follow up of invoices, follow up on budget.
4. To give support to sales team: workshop organization. Packing and sending product samples, brochures, posters, equipment for field people as well as for congresses. Make relevant documents, pro-forma, courier form, filing them. Manage stock of brochures.
5. Office Management: reception, phone, maintenance, archiving etc.
**Profile Description**:
- Bachelor Degree or comparable education in Sales and/or Marketing preferably linked to the Medical, Paramedical or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- 1 year working experience minimum.
- Practical knowledge and experience on medical devices is an asset.
- Not alien to hands-on-management.
- Good working knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken) and English.
- SAP experience (preference)
