Purpose of the Job:
As part of Armacell PET Belgium organization, the
_Financial/ Plant Controller_ supports the CFO for reporting and analysis of company’s performance, with a strong focus on plant controlling.

The role reports to the Global Finance Manager for the PET Business Worldwide and is based in Thimister-Clermont at the Global business Headquarters and main plant location.

Main responsibilities:
1. Support in the preparation of month-end, year-end reporting and budget
- Support for division P&L analytical review and analysis of deviations versus budget and forecasts
- Support for working capital and cash flow related analysis & optimization.
- Performance bridges analysis for Belgian plant: Responsible for product Mix / Volume / Price effects analysis, purchase price variance calculation and analysis, manufacturing variance analysis; Ad-hoc analysis based on needs
- Responsible for strategic Capex profitability follow-up

2. In charge of the industrial and financial controlling for our Belgium plant/entity
- Standard cost settings, calculations and maintenance
- Purchase price variances calculation
- Inventory monthly valuation
- Product costs and margin variance analysis
- Manufacturing fixed costs analysis
- Submitting recurring / non-recurring ad-hoc reports in a timely manner
- Leading internal process, reporting and controlling tools improvements
- Support in SAP (CO) implementation

3. Ad-hoc projects

Requested profile:

- Graduated in Finance or Business Administration, ideally with focus on Accounting/ controlling
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Plant and financial controlling within an industrial company with international exposure or auditing (with exposure to industrial companies)
- Good knowledge of SAP FI-CO and experience in SAP FI-CO implementation is a strong plus
- Mandatory French & English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, rigorous, proactive & organized

- Good communication skills
