Als Junior Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor activiteiten op het gebied van Finance. Je levert rapportages aan voor de analyse, het monitoren van de bedrijfsprestaties en het leveren van informatie voor strategische en operationele beslissingen aan het management en ondersteun je de Financieel Directeur bij zijn activiteiten.
Dit doe je voor zowel de Belgische als de Nederlandse organisatie.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die de capaciteiten en drive heeft om over een aantal jaren een leidinggevende functie uit te gaan uitoefenen binnen de BENE organisatie

Over de functie

Als aanvulling binnen ons huidige Finance Team zijn we op zoek naar een junior business controller.
Jouw taken:

- Je analyseert financiële rapporten en cijfers om zakelijke beslissingen te kunnen beoordelen
- Je gebruikt jouw analytische vaardigheden om bedrijfsprocessen te (her)bekijken, mogelijke risico's te identificeren en te beheren
- Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het proces en de kwaliteit van de maand - kwartaal - en jaarafsluiting
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële planning en forecasting voor zowel de Belgische als de Nederlandse entiteit
- Je beoordeelt de maandelijkse P&L voor de verschillende business units waarbij je contact houdt met de verschillende BU - managers
- Je adviseert de directie ivm interne controles en de verbetering hiervan

Je werkt zowel voor de Belgische als de Nederlandse organisatie, waarbij jouw aanwezigheid in beide kantoren vereist is. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO, net zoals beide Finance Managers.

Jouw kwaliteiten
- Bachelor of Master in een financiële/economische richting
- Algemeen commercieel bewustzijn en zakelijke kennis
- Ervaring met Exact als ERP systeem, ervaring met Power BI is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in een technische en projectmatige omgeving heeft de voorkeur
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Vlotte Nederlandse en Engelse taalvaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Duits en Frans zijn een pluspunt
