Als Project Manager binnen het team Customer Programs bij Telenet Business krijg je de kans om migratieprojecten te leiden. Het gaat hier om migraties van klanten omwille van technische redenen bij ons of bij 1 van onze leveranciers (bijvoorbeeld migratie naar een recenter platform). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van verschillende migratieprojecten in samenwerking met teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor deze change (product managers, product owners, business analisten,) aan de ene kant en de uitvoerende migratieteams aan de andere kant.

Als Project Manager binnen het team Customer Programs bij Telenet Business krijg je de kans om migratieprojecten te leiden. Het gaat hier om migraties van klanten omwille van technische redenen bij ons of bij 1 van onze leveranciers (bijvoorbeeld migratie naar een recenter platform).

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van verschillende migratieprojecten in samenwerking met teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor deze change (product managers, product owners, business analisten,) aan de ene kant en de uitvoerende migratieteams aan de andere kant.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Project Manager**
- **Vertalen van een scope naar roadmap **, deliverables, oplossing en planning
- Het **leiden van een projectteam **, rekening houdend met verschillende beperkingen, meningen en visies.
- Begeleiden ( **plannen, aansturen en coördineren **) van de verschillende teams die betrokken zijn bij de migratieprojecten. Controleren en motiveren van de betrokkenen zodat beoogde planning naar de klant toe gerespecteerd wordt.
- Bewaken van **budget**: opvolging van het initieel opgemaakt budget ten opzichte van werkelijke kosten bij implementatie.
- Opvolging van beschikbaarheid en aankoop van extern afgenomen diensten en equipment, opvolging leveranciers.
- **Actieve aanpak bij escalaties**: zelfstandig op zoek gaan naar oplossingen, indien nodig de juiste prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen.
- Draagt **eindverantwoordelijkheid **van het project vanaf aanvang tot de laatste gemigreerde klant. Rapporteren van project-voortgang aan Management.

**Onze ideale Project Manager**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt **Telecom en ICT-kennis **.
- Je kan je plan trekken in drie talen (NL/FR/ENG). **Projectmanagement **ervaring is vereist. Certificatie in een projectmanagement methodologie (PMI / PRINCE2) en ITIL is een pluspunt. Je hebt goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden, je kan vertrouwen opbouwen in een open en transparante werkomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat jouw teamleden in ideale omstandigheden kunnen werken.
- Je bent in staat om je management
- en interactiestijl aan te passen in functie van de nood.
- Customer centricity is voor jou heel belangrijk waardoor je steeds handelt uit oogpunt van de interne/externe klant. En zeer belangrijk, you get things done
