Sourcing Coordinator

**Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
Is the gatekeeper of the Private Label Sourcing activities for Delhaize Belux. Delivering data, analysis & processes to ensure efficiency, speed & accurate decisions in full compliance with company policies.
- NB Negotiations : Ensures NB negotiations/tenders end to end process with all stakeholders (7 mio €)
- Monthly Reporting out : Ensures clear visibility of save to invest program
- Audit/Internal Control : Ensures departmental compliancy with company policies
- Synergies : Ensures synergies are tracked and visible in P&L
- Data & Intelligence Management : Ensures data is reliable and allows perfomance management
- Stakeholders management : Interacts with key stakeholders to ensure transparency on sourcing activities

**Je profiel**:

- Master degree in business administration
- Industry and/or related businesses
- 5 years experience in auditing/business consulting
- Resilience and agility
- Business acumen and financially savvy
- Strong interpersonal understanding and relationship building
- Influencing skills (proven ability to embark others)
- Strongly compliant to regulations, procedures and standards
- Strong operational orchestration capabilities
- Cultural awareness
- Strong knowledge of Visual Basic (VBA)
