**Werkomgeving**
Het Federaal **Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT)** is de operationele dienst van het CCB. Het is de verantwoordelijke autoriteit voor het behandelen van en reageren op cyberincidenten in België. Als toegewijd team richt CERT zich op het beschermen van de digitale infrastructuur, netwerken en systemen van het land tegen cyberdreigingen. Zijn missies houden o.a. in het monitoren, helpen oplossen en voorkomen van veiligheidsincidenten in België. Medewerkers van CERT spelen een coördinerende en ondersteunende rol bij het oplossen van dergelijke incidenten. Ze volgen ook de stand van de techniek op het gebied van cyberveiligheid.
De medewerkers van CERT.be zijn verdeeld in drie operationele teams:
**_ 1. Digital Forensics and Incident Response_**
Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van acties die gericht zijn op incidentenrespons en forensische analyse.
**_ 2. Technical Research_**
Het Technical Research team van CERT.be voert voornamelijk toegepaste onderzoekstaken uit, gaande van de installatie en configuratie van incidenten-detectiesystemen (IDS) tot malware-analyse en forensics.
**_ 3. CSOC & Security Solutions_**
Het Systeemteam van CERT.be is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de interne systemen van CERT.be en de ontwikkeling van interne applicaties. Het **CSOC** is het meest recente team binnen CERT.be en is in volle uitbreiding. Het is verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van de systemen van de partneradministraties (met hun medewerking) en is de eerste lijn van incidentmanagement voor deze administraties. Het team gaat regelmatig op zoek naar dreigingen (Threat Hunting) op de netwerken van onze partneradministraties.
**De Cybersecurity Analyst maakt deel uit van het CSOC-team **.
**Taakomschrijving**
- Je hoofdtaak is het verzamelen, analyseren en distribueren van informatie over dreigingen, kwetsbaarheden en aanvallen op de informatie
- en communicatiesystemen van de vitale sectoren in België (kritieke infrastructuur, overheidssystemen, kritieke data ).
- Dit doe je door de eerstelijns analyse uit te voeren van veiligheidsmeldingen en informatie die je krijgt uit zowel publieke bronnen (van bijvoorbeeld IDS, antivirus bedrijven, ) als uit gesloten bronnen (bijvoorbeeld nationale Cybersecurity response teams en inlichtingen
- of veiligheidsdiensten).
- Uit deze bronnen weet je de relevante informatie te abstraheren, duidelijk in rapporten met actiepunten te omschrijven, en naar de juiste diensten en personen door te sturen.
- Je komt in aanraking met complexe ICT infrastructuur en leert je oplossingen hier naar te schalen.
- Je houdt het threat landscape in de gaten en maakt hier syntheses en richtlijnen van.
**Profielomschrijving**- Je bent in het bezit van een Master of Bachelor diploma in IT, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Windows
- Je hebt kennis van netwerktechnologieën
- Je hebt een basiskennis van Unix, Linux en/of een variant BSD/OSX/mobile
- Je hebt een basiskennis van Firewalls en andere beschermingstechnologieën
- Je hebt een basiskennis van log analyses
- Volgende elementen zijn een troef:
- Je hebt ervaring in een helpdeskomgeving of een SOC
- Je hebt kennis van een scripting taal zoals Python, Perl, PHP,
- Je hebt ervaring met Vulnerability assessment
- Je hebt ervaring met tcpdump, Snort, nessus of suricata.
- Je hebt een sterk analytische geest, je kan verbanden leggen tussen security incidenten en je bent in staat om duidelijke en verstaanbare rapporten te schrijven
- Je hebt aantoonbare interesse in cybersecurity
- Je bent communicatievaardig en service minded
- Je bent stressbestendig en je kan prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig (Nederlands, Frans) of je beschikt over voldoende kennis van het Frans om probleemloos deel te nemen aan vergaderingen met andere specialisten en/of vertegenwoordigers van de eindgebruikers.
- Een degelijke kennis van het technisch Engels is onontbeerlijk
- Je beschikt over een veiligheidsmachtiging ‘Secret’ of bent bereid om de nodige stappen te ondernemen om deze te verkrijgen (via CCB)
