Als Koalect's nieuwe (Senior) Business Development Manager (f/x/m) is dit precies wat je kunt verwachten. Binnen ons Western Europe Sales Team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van onze Nederlandstalige markten, d.w.z. Vlaanderen (BE) en Nederland. Je helpt organisaties hun fondsenwerving potentieel te bereiken via jouw unieke expertise en met behulp van onze fondsenwerving technologie.

Als nieuwe Nederlandstalige Business Development Manager (f/m/d)...
- Communiceer je duidelijk en effectief: Je **identificeert nieuwe leads en partnerschappen**, benadert ze op een doelgerichte manier en zorgt voor een vlotte en rapporteerbare opvolging.
- Geniet je van de combinatie van het beproefde, het geteste en het nieuwe: je beheert onze commerciële activiteiten **binnen de gevestigde Belgische markt** en helpt ons **bij de ontwikkeling van de Nederlandse markt**, waar je initiatieven voor een succesvolle markttoetreding aanstuurt.
- Werk je grondig en nauwkeurig: Je levert waardevolle inzichten aan onze sales support teams en houdt onze CRM up-to-date.
- Deel je waardevolle kennis: Je **levert expertise aan vanuit fondsenwerving consultancy** door strategische workshops te organiseren en faciliteren met onze changemakers. Je helpt bij de ontwikkeling van hun fondsenwerving en analyseert de resultaten op basis van uitgebreide data dashboards en jouw ervaring.
- Word je de vertrouwenspersoon van onze changemakers op het gebied van fondsenwerving technologie: je **beheerst de strategieën achter verschillende fondsenwerving technieken** en ontwikkelt een diepgaand begrip van onze fondsenwerving technologie

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in marketing, economische wetenschappen of een vergelijkbaar diploma;
- Je hebt al minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, met een bewezen staat van dienst op het gebied van sales successen;
- Je hebt ervaring met (digitale) fondsenwerving en SaaS bedrijven;
- Je hebt een zeer goed technisch inzicht en bent bekend met CRM's /ERP en betaal technologieën;
- Je bent een teamspeler en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (mínimaal C1);
- Je bent bereid om af en toe tussen België en Nederland te reizen voor afspraken met klanten of partners;
Leuke meerwaarden:

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans;
- Kennis van de online fondsenwerving markt en digitale fondsenwerving tools (online donaties en betalingen, peer-to-peer en employee giving oplossingen, evenals terminal en face-to-face producten).
