**Jobomschrijving**:
To ensure that the quality and food safety systems are implemented, followed and compliant with quality standards according to legal requirements, industry standards and customer requirements

You will develop and keep product technical sheets and product labels up to date, and will perform shelf life testing

You will guide, establish and obtain the ISO22000 certification

You will train the management and staff on HACCP/quality/ food safety requirements and conduct the food safety meeting with the managements in order to discuss monthly unit results

You will ensure that the standards and requirements are met, define corrective actions in case of deviations and look for continuous improvement by performing: o Periodical and ad random checks on products and services, o Unannounced internal hygiene audits o Periodical microbiological analysis throughout the production chain

You will be the point of contact for customers (complaints, issues), external certification bodies and health authorities (audits/visits),

You will establish food suppliers approval programs and conduct regular onsite visits

You will be responsible for food safety /quality issues o Analyse and reply to food safety/ quality issues reported by customers o Investigate all food safety incidents, food poisoning, and foreign object claims or similar quality claims and initiate appropriate action and reporting o Manage all not-conform products with procurement department o Perform problem solving workshops with interdepartmental teams

You will report to the Director Operational Excellence, Quality and Food Safety and provide input regarding the quality and food safety strategy

**Jouw profiel**:
You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology, nutrition and dietetics or equivalent by experience

You have some years of experience in a food production environment in a quality role

You have already worked with quality systems (ISO 220000, FFSC22000, IFS )

You are analytical, result oriented, assertive, a good communicator and able to make decisions

You have a working proficiency in Dutch, French and English
