Eurofiber construit et entretient à cette fin son propre réseau en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas, et se distingue par son modèle de réseau ouvert. Eurofiber offre ainsi aux clients la possibilité d’acheter ses services auprès de différents tiers.
**Un aperçu rapide de votre nouvel emploi potentiel**:
En tant que Network Services & Engineering (NSE), vous êtes responsable de la gestion de la qualité du réseau Eurofiber ainsi que de l’élaboration et du suivi des budgets et de la planification des améliorations et des extensions du réseau. Vous contribuez en outre de façon active afin d’accroître la satisfaction des clients, de renforcer l’implication des collaborateurs et de rendre l’équipe toujours plus efficace. À cette fin, vous devez, entre autres, traduire la vision et la stratégie de la direction en objectifs et KPI pour le département.
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de l’encadrement de l’équipe NSE (± 7 personnes), composée de chefs/managers de projet internes et de spécialistes des réseaux. Vous identifiez les besoins en formation, évaluez les performances individuelles, menez des entretiens de développement et motivez votre équipe pour qu’elle atteigne les KPI fixés.
Vous coordonnez les activités quotidiennes au sein de l’équipe NSE et assurez le renfort des collègues en cas d’absence afin de garantir la continuité.
Vous êtes responsable des performances financières/opérationnelles de votre équipe. Vous gardez en outre une vue d’ensemble des différents projets et établissez divers rapports et analyses.
- Dans cette fonction, vous êtes placé(e) sous la responsabilité du Network Operations Director.

**C'est toi**:
- Vous disposez d’un solide bagage technique et pouvez de préférence vous prévaloir de plusieurs années d’expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications.
- Vous disposez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans la direction et l’encadrement d’une équipe.
- Vous êtes un gestionnaire de projet expérimenté et vous avez l’habitude d’élaborer et de suivre des budgets. Vous avez en outre de l’expérience dans la gestion des fournisseurs (réseau IP et de transmission)
- Vous veillez à ce que les partenariats avec les fournisseurs soient gagnant-gagnant, et suivez de près leurs performances.
- Vous êtes motivé(e), enthousiaste et inspirez la confiance et la responsabilité. Vous avez un état d’esprit positif et une façon pragmatique de collaborer.
- En tant que personne, vous cherchez à vous améliorer en permanence et comprenez le fonctionnement des processus. Vous disposez de solides compétences organisationnelles et de bonnes capacités analytiques et de résolution des problèmes.
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance du néerlandais. Vous vous exprimez en outre couramment en français et en anglais.
**À propos de nous**:
- Le département Network Services & Engineering est responsable, dans le cadre de l’exploitation du réseau, de la gestion quotidienne des réseaux IP et de transmission. Le département assure la préparation et la mise en œuvre des extensions de capacité, des mises à niveau, des modifications du réseau ainsi que du déploiement des expansions stratégiques du réseau. Les migrations sont soigneusement préparées et coordonnées en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes. Nous utilisons pour cela une méthode de travail axée sur les projets et les processus, ce qui nous permet de travailler de manière fiable et efficace.
