Voor de uitbreiding van de Eezee-IT-familie, zijn we op zoek naar een **PROJECT MANAGER.**

**JOUW WERKDAG**

**Samen met jouw klanten bedenk en implementeer je de nieuwe bedrijfsprocessen van je klanten.**
- Je leidt een team van Business Analisten en Ontwikkelaars (tussen 2 en 8 personen)
- Samen met hen stel je functionele en technische analyses op die als lastenboek zullen dienen
- Je communiceert regelmatig over de voortgang van het project
- Je evalueert de risico's en denkt na over oplossingen om ze te beperken
- Je waakt over de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk en de naleving van de budgetten
- Je stimuleert je teams om het beste van zichzelf te geven
- Je staat garant voor de contractuele aspecten met de klant
- Je stelt doelstellingen en planningen op met de klanten

**JOUW PROFIEL**

Om in je opdracht te slagen, moet je een positieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling hebben.
- Je hebt mínimaal **3 jaar ervaring** in het managen van een **ERP-implementatieproject**:

- Kennis van Odoo of een ERP is een pluspunt
- Je spreekt vloeiend NL en ten minste een van de volgende talen **FR/ENG**:

- Je hebt interesse in digitale marketing en e-commerce processen
- Je hebt een universitair diploma, een bedrijfs
- of communicatieopleiding
- Je hebt een analytische geest en interesse in technologie
- Je houdt van klantencontact en hebt gevoel voor service
- Je bent een onderhandelaar en hebt gevoel voor het sluiten van compromissen
- Je bent op zoek naar oprechte en duurzame relaties die je vooruithelpen

- Je werkt voltijds (38 uur/week) op basis van een vast contract
