**About**: Are you interested in working in the **Space **industry? We are **VeroTech**, a Belgian engineering consultancy company specialized in **R&D projects**, currently looking for talented engineers
**Your mission**:
As a **Senior Project Manager**, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the space projects meet **quality, cost, **and** time** objectives. You will **monitor project progress**, liaise with **subcontractors**, and coordinate with the **internal team**. Your main responsibilities are:
- Keep on track with all project requirements (**technical, schedule, cost**)
- Foster and sustain **positive relationships** with customers, partners, and suppliers
- ** Develop, monitor, **and** maintain** the project plan, schedule, risk register, and **financial** status to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery
- ** Communicate** and** report** on project progress to customers and internal teams
- ** Support the people managers** with the development of team members.
- Identify** solutions** for any deviations from the baseline, issues, or conflicts
**Your profile**:
- **Master’s** degree in **engineering**:
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in **space** **project management**:
- Expert in **project management processes**, **methodologies**, and **budget/resource management**.
- ** Excellent communication** skills & problem solver.
- Ability to **influence, inspire, **and** negotiate** with all levels of management
- Fluent in **English**, Dutch is a plus
