**As a Rotorblade Technician, you will be responsible for**:

- Service, maintenance, and repair of rotorblades.
- Finding defects and faults and searching for the correct repair method based on the manufacturing drawings.
- Repairing the defect by laminating, sanding, filling and painting.
- Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Responsible for completing all computerised documentation.
- Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

**Job requirements**
- Previous experience working on wind turbines is a strong advantage
- Driving license (B) is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
- Flexibility and highly mobility required - willingness to travel across the country to meet the companies requirements
- Have a positive, pro-active approach to work in a team, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with heights
- Good IT skills
- Problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
- Willing to attend multi-day training courses in Belgium or abroad (Netherlands, France and/or Germany)
