**Role: Junior SOC Analyst**

**Description**:

- We are currently looking for a motivated Junior SOC Analyst to join our team.
- As a Junior SOC Analyst you will work with our experienced team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the security of our systems.

You are partly responsible for monitoring and analyzing security incidents, and taking the correct measures to prevent possible incidents.**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze security incidents in real-time, using SIEM and SOAR tools and other security technologies.
- Investigating suspicious activity and identifying possible security breaches.
- Collaborate with the team to respond to and recover from security incidents.
- Maintain and improve procedures and documentation related to incident response.
- Continually develop your knowledge and skills in cybersecurity.

**Job requirements**:

- A completed education in IT, Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent through work experience.
- A healthy passion for technology, (cyber) security and related topics.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, operating systems and cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself in a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good knowledge of both Dutch and French.
- Have Belgian nationality.
