Robert Half is currently looking for an **Administrative Assistant** **(M/F/x)** with numerical skills.
Our client is an **international company** in the region of **Bruges.**
**In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks**:
- Accounts Receivable Management- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks;
- Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments;
- Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests;
- Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues;
- Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects;
- Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports;
- Ensure all activities follow company policies;
- Prepare for audits with necessary documentation;
- Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders;
- Support the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts.
- Business Support- Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting;
- Identify and implement process improvements;
- Suggest efficiency enhancements;
- Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively;
- Share system and process knowledge with the team.
- Stakeholder Management- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
- Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
**Do you see yourself in the following profile?**
- Bachelor's or master's degree or similar through experience;
- Experience with SAP is helpful;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of (at least) one additional European language is a plus;
- Proactive and open to change, with a focus on efficiency and digital tools;
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach;
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines;
- A flexible team player who thrives under pressure.
